Due to the high affinity with oxygen, rare-earths are hard to be refined during melting process. Based on the long term R&D, an effective process for removing rare-earth, metallic and non-metallic impurities in the alloy is well developed in BIAM. So BIAM is able to provide alloy ingots with ptrcise composition and high purity.
   A special stirring device for getting the homogeneous composition is used during melting process. The composition homogeneity of each melt and composition consistency between melts are reached. 

   The analysis results of the produced Nd-Fe-B and Nd-Fe allow are listed below:
